Inicialmente el Comit&eacute; plantea la necesidad de bloquear la posibilidad de descuelgue del convenio unilateralmente como recoge la reforma laboral del Partido Popular, mediante acuerdo entre las dos partes.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<div style=\"padding-right:15px;width:345px; float:left; border-right-style:solid; border-right-width:1px; border-right-color:#dddddd\">La direcci&oacute;n de la empresa argumenta que la compa&ntilde;&iacute;a (ALCOA) no acepta  el punto planteado por el Comit&eacute;.
