La respuesta fue no hacernos part&iacute;cipes, y  cerrarnos la puerta. No lo entendemos. &iquest;El problema es que la plantilla de UTE DONOSTIALDEA decidimos elegir 2 representantes de LAB y 1 de CCOO?<\/p>\n<p> &#8211; Si los problemas que tenemos en el sector nos afectan a todas y todos, &iquest;Por qu&eacute; no podemos pelear juntos por nuestros derechos? Creemos que si sumamos, ser&aacute; m&aacute;s f&aacute;cil conseguir mejorar nuestras condiciones. Conseguir un convenio colectivo para el sector ser&iacute;a la mejor herramienta para garantizar nuestros derechos de forma colectiva. <\/p>\n<p> &#8211; Los problemas derivados de la manera en la que Diputaci&oacute;n hacia las concesiones las sufrimos todas y todos. Se pretenden abaratar costes, siempre a nuestra costa. En LAB estamos dispuestas y dispuestos a pelear para mejorar nuestras condiciones, como lo hemos hecho hasta ahora.
